Recruitment Consultant Intern

Job Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule  interviews, providing feedback to candidates promptly.
  • Market Research: Candidate mapping.

Requirements:

  • Calibre: Self-driven and motivated individuals with an interest to developer a career in recruitment industry after graduation
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese would be a plus).
  • People-Oriented: A genuine passion for meeting diverse individuals and helping them find the right job fit.
  • Experience: HR/Headhunter Internship experience is a plus. Sales internship experience is a plus 
  • Can do 5 days a week as a full time intern for a least 1 month.
