Recruitment Consultant Intern
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, providing feedback to candidates promptly.
- Market Research: Candidate mapping.
Requirements:
- Calibre: Self-driven and motivated individuals with an interest to developer a career in recruitment industry after graduation
- Language Proficiency: Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese would be a plus).
- People-Oriented: A genuine passion for meeting diverse individuals and helping them find the right job fit.
- Experience: HR/Headhunter Internship experience is a plus. Sales internship experience is a plus
- Can do 5 days a week as a full time intern for a least 1 month.
